Are there any pieces of equipment that i can use to keep myself safe from pirates. anything would be fine. Something like a module that makes it harder for a pirate to lockon to me and paralizing my warp, giving me time to get away, or some kind of emp, disable him again giving me time to get away. anything would be nice. i've been shot down 3 times in the last 5 days and it's starting to **** me off. anything would be helpfull

at the moment i'm just running between staion buying and selling, it's working for me. i havent't got into mining yet but it's in the books. i get caught at stargates, mostly as i've just arrived in a system. will stabalizers allow me to get out of there before he has time to lock on and stop me from getting away.

i know about the scanner but i don't know how to properly use it. i've seen a tutorial on it but it talks about finding dead space locations.
sorry, i'me very new to the game, acronyms, could you please give me the full name of the devices or give me a link about it so that i can see what it does

thanx, the stabilisers will be usefull, i'm very quick out of the gate, i never spend to long in one location, if after getting these mods and they still get me then well done to them. i'll also give the ECM a shot, if i get caught them maybe that will help me get away

okay, thanks, now well i'm here, anyone know of good equipment for cargo haulers. by the sound of it it will take some time to break a warp jam so i'm thinking i should invest in armour

the bookmarks won't work for me as a move alot as the supply and demand changes, within this last month i've moved from ammar space, through minmartar space and am now in gallente space and i now seem to be bording into caldari space

i don't mind running away, my ship is not equipped to go head to head against pirates. I have a plan to setup to corp at a later stage that will specialise in mining and cargo hauling, i'm even looking into the idea of being a supply line for pirate guilds but at this point i'm a small time trader in need of an escape clause :P

when you say shuttle, are you talking about a remote shuttle, can i send a remote shuttle through to see what's on the other side?
